Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or possess the legal capacity required to enter binding contracts under applicable law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, payment details, and account activity. Any action performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by you unless proven otherwise under applicable law. Stakecut shall not be liable for unauthorized access, account theft, phishing incidents, password compromise, or losses resulting from user negligence.

Stakecut reserves the right to request identity verification documents, banking verification, tax information, business registration documents, or any additional information deemed necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension, payout delays, or permanent termination.

Vendors represent and warrant that they own, control, or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required to upload, market, distribute, and sell their products and content on the Platform. Vendors shall bear full legal responsibility for all products, claims, advertisements, intellectual property disputes, customer complaints, and regulatory compliance obligations associated with their offerings.

The following categories are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

Stakecut may review, reject, suspend, disable, edit, remove, or restrict access to any product, account, or listing at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. Approval of a product does not constitute endorsement, certification, legality verification, or assumption of liability by Stakecut.

Vendors expressly agree to honor all commission structures, payout commitments, and affiliate percentages configured within their product dashboard at the time of a verified sale. Vendors may not retroactively alter commission rates to avoid payment obligations on already attributed sales.

Affiliates shall market products truthfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Affiliates running paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, or other networks must comply with the advertising policies and terms of those platforms. Affiliates may not present themselves as official representatives of Stakecut without written authorization, misrepresent product functionality or earnings potential, use deceptive landing pages, or run advertisements that damage the reputation of Stakecut, Vendors, or Buyers. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, commission forfeiture, and permanent removal from the Platform.

Affiliates must not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment returns, or income results. Any earnings representations must be truthful, substantiated, and compliant with applicable advertising laws and consumer protection regulations.

Stakecut utilizes automated tracking systems to attribute referrals and commissions. Users acknowledge that tracking systems may be affected by factors outside Stakecut's reasonable control, including browser settings, VPN usage, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, device switching, network interruptions, or third-party technical limitations. Stakecut does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking functionality.

Approved commissions and Vendor balances are generally processed weekly, subject to fraud review, refund windows, chargebacks, verification procedures, banking delays, and compliance checks. Stakecut reserves the right to withhold, delay, reverse, or cancel payouts where suspicious activity, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, or compliance concerns exist.

Stakecut may impose transaction fees, processing fees, withdrawal fees, maintenance charges, currency conversion fees, or other operational fees. Applicable fees shall be communicated through the Platform dashboard or official communication channels.

Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting all taxes, levies, duties, VAT obligations, withholding taxes, or governmental charges applicable to their activities on the Platform. Stakecut does not provide tax advice and assumes no responsibility for user tax compliance.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Stakecut expressly disclaims all warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, security, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or non-infringement.

Stakecut functions solely as a technology and marketplace platform connecting Vendors, Affiliates, and Buyers. Stakecut does not manufacture, create, endorse, inspect, verify, or guarantee the legality, quality, safety, effectiveness, accuracy, or suitability of products listed by independent Vendors. All transactions and disputes relating to products remain solely between the Buyer and the Vendor.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Stakecut, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or data loss arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Platform or any products sold through it. In all circumstances, Stakecut's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the user to Stakecut within the preceding three (3) months.
